My journey be like

My name is Arin Seidlitz and I am a Product Designer with niche experience in digital health. My educational background consists of a BS studying health systems. I applied that knowledge to my curiosity of utilizing technology to solve some of the most pressing problems we are facing in healthcare and have forged a path of combining my favorite topic to learn and educate others on with my natural ability and love of teaching to find my passion and calling through digital health. My favorite thing about UX/UI is the consistent challenge to take vast amounts oof information and condense that into one easy to use, understand and engaging interface that can act as a change in behavior tool, if empowered correctly to our user. I started off in Quality Assurance, moved into UX/UI where I led

design team initiatives with the American College of Cardiology. I then moved into a Product Designer role where I leaveraged my interface solutions into an enterprise level design system. I applied my knowlege of SAFe Aglie to leverage business outcomes with my decision as I lead our team on the initiative with Mayo Clinic Platform Accelerate program to build our OUD AI predictive model as the Director of Product Design at cliexa. It is important to me to find a role where I can exercise my passions while aligning business goals and that has a imaginative team culture. In my free time I like to cook, volunteer and find new way to show people in my life how much I love them.
